US Club Soccer Background Screening Application

Welcome

STAFF REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT:

Pursuant to Policy 4.07, US Club Soccer staff registration is required of all Direct Participating Adults as a condition to participation in US Club Soccer activities. In short, a Direct Participating Adult is anyone directly affiliated with US Club Soccer or a Member Organization who has regular contact with Youth Participants. Please visit the Staff Registration web page for more information.

Direct Participating Adults who are not registered with US Club Soccer are not allowed to participate in US Club Soccer activities, nor are they covered by US Club Soccer insurance. Member Organizations who are not in compliance with this requirement are subject to disciplinary action.

Passing the background screening alone does not mean you are registered with US Club Soccer. It's important that you ensure your registrar purchases your US Club Soccer membership (ex: passcard request), and that your status is Eligible/the passcard is approved, before your participation. Additionally, background screening results and an eligibility determination for “flagged” applicants will not be considered until a passcard/registration request is made for that person.

PAYMENT:

Please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available to pay for the background screening ($18).

If you received a prepaid code - likely from your club - to cover the cost of your background screening, please enter it on the shopping cart page of this application.

TIMEFRAME OF RESULTS:

Your background screening results will generally be available to US Club Soccer within 3-7 days. This is largely dependent on the amount of time it takes the applicable jurisdictions to provide your results, which varies greatly. In some cases, it may take longer. A determination for "flagged" individuals will be rendered thereafter.
